I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University in Psychology (Minor: Cognitive Neuroscience), and a Master’s Degree from Boston College in Counseling Psychology and Mental Health. I work with adults and adolescents on a variety of issues, such as adjustments and life transitions, parenting, stress, anxiety and depression, women’s issues, and multiculturalism. My style is catered to the client’s needs; I use a client-centered approach. I am interactive and authentic, providing active listening while giving supportive feedback.
I strongly believe in a healthy therapeutic relationship. My work has been featured in Boston College’s Overlooked & Overdosed exhibition. I was also asked to join a discussion panel with other pioneers in the field of addiction counseling, to talk to the Boston College community about addiction and addiction counseling.
I provide a therapeutic environment that is safe, respectful, supportive, and non-judgmental. I will work with your needs and desires from therapy, to help you build on personal strengths and assets, and overcome and work through whatever it may be that has brought you to therapy.I want to create that therapeutic relationship with you. I want to work with you to help make positive changes in your life and build self-awareness.
Let’s get started!
